Menter Môn have added to its portfolio of business services with help now available for companies and organisations to achieve Investors in People accreditation.

IIP is the international standard for people management. It’s the mark of excellence for employers who are recognised for high performance and who ensure a supportive environment for their workforce to flourish, which will in turn support the company to develop and grow.

There are four levels of accreditations for employers and Menter Môn can guide businesses through the whole process right to achieving the accreditation. The service is bilingual and is offered across north Wales.

One of the organisations that we have assisted is Gwynedd Consultancy (YGC). YGC works in planning, design, and project delivery in various sectors including infrastructure, transport, property and environment.
