Menter M\u00f4n are working in partnership with the Welsh Government to ensure superfast broadband connection to the last 5% of communities that aren\u2019t connected. <\/p>\n
Providing fibre optic connections is the first option to be trialled by the project. This will mean much faster connection than there is within some communities at the moment through copper wires. <\/p>\n
Superfast broadband will strengthen how connected communities are, this allowing more people to work from home or watch tv programs on demand. By the end of this decade copper wire connection will be coming to an end in these communities, so what better time to ensure superfast broadband connection than with Menter M\u00f4n\u2019s help?<\/p>\n
Tomos Jones, Digital Innovative Projects Manager at Menter M\u00f4n said: \u201cSuperfast and ultrafast broadband is becoming increasingly important to keep communities and families connected. Not only does having faster broadband allow better access to the internet but is also considered to be a more reliable option for the future. Menter M\u00f4n is continuously working with communities in Gwynedd and Anglesey to ensure that this service can be available for all.\u201d<\/p>\n
William Adams is the officer within Menter M\u00f4n that is working on this project, and he is working alongside these areas to offer advice and support to find the best resource for superfast broadband. <\/p>\n
Some of these possibilities are: Fibre Optic wires, 4G routers or Starlink. All of these options are offered to ensure that every community can receive Superfast Broadband in the end. <\/p>\n
