As a social enterprise operating in many fields, and these fields increasing with more diversity to them, Menter M\u00f4n recognizes the need to have a wider variety of Board members, in order to reach a wider audience.<\/p>\n
With the success of projects increasing, Menter M\u00f4n have appointed new members of staff to work on these projects. This success also calls for more Directors to contribute to the Company\u2019s work.<\/p>\n
Dr Wyn Morgan is the current Chair of the Board and emphasizes the need to appoint new members:<\/p>\n

The company now employs over 70 staff members with a wide range in age and gender diversity.<\/p>\n
