It\u00a0provides\u00a0a consistent way for discussions to take place on workplace matters such as pay, terms and conditions, and working practices, ensuring employee views are heard and considered as part of organisational decision\u2011making.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dafydd Gruffydd, Managing Director of Menter M\u00f4n, said:<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cThis agreement\u00a0demonstrates\u00a0our commitment to being a fair and supportive employer.\u00a0We have always had a positive working relationship with Prospect and believe\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0important to have space for two-way conversations with our employees.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cRecognising Prospect strengthens how we work with our workforce, supports open and constructive communication, and reflects our belief that mutual respect and partnership are essential to creating a positive working environment.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Emma\u00a0Grottan, Negotiations Executive\u00a0from Prospect<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0welcomed the agreement, describing it as a positive step that shows Menter M\u00f4n values its staff and is committed to constructive engagement.
