Menter M\u00f4n’s Llwyddo’n Lleol 2050 project has an exciting new initiative!<\/p>\n

Over a 10-week period, 10 young people from across Gwynedd and Anglesey will receive paid part-time work as marketing officers to assist local businesses. They will be supporting 20 businesses which encompass a variety of different sectors. The work will mainly consist of promotion and advertising through social media platforms and websites.<\/p>\n

During the 10-week programme, the young marketing officers will also receive weekly guidance and training sessions from the experienced Marketing Brand Strategist, Beth Woodhouse (MarketShed).<\/p>\n

This unique project aims to provide businesses with marketing advice and support, whilst providing young people with valuable skills and experience. It will also highlight the various industries and job possibilities that exist in North Wales. It is an exciting programme that will see local young people and businesses come together to ensure local success!<\/p>\n

    What else is happening?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Amser i Fentro<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Llwyddo’n Lleol 2050 also supports a second group of individuals through the Amser i Fentro scheme. Four young people are receiving further support to continue developing their initiatives. These young people will receive a 1-days paid work a week over a 10-week period. We look forward to continuing to support the journeys of these young people, who make a significant contribution to their local communities.<\/p>\n

    What\u2019s next\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Llwyddo’n Lleol 2050 will continue to evolve in many directions. A new project will be starting over the summer holidays to support young people aged 14-18 year to develop their business ideas. We are already working with various partnerships, to ensure that young people in our area have access to information, service, support, and discussion that is linked to success locally. We would like to develop this collaboration again, with whoever and wherever possible.<\/p>\n
