The local authorities in both areas will work alongside Neges to identify vulnerable families and individuals who could benefit from the support.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Neges\u2019 will also provide meals for Ysbyty Gwynedd and Ysbyty Glan Clwyd staff who are unable to access the canteen due to the COVID-19 restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>Local producers and businesses who are part of the scheme include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blas ar Fwyd<\/li>\n<li>Cotteswold Dairy (Welsh milk)<\/li>\n<li>Derwydd Free Range Welsh Eggs<\/li>\n<li>Dolmeinir Meats<\/li>\n<li>Dylan\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Edwards of Conwy<\/li>\n<li>Gower View Foods<\/li>\n<li>Harlech Foodservice<\/li>\n<li>Llaeth y Llan<\/li>\n<li>M. Hughes &amp; Sons<\/li>\n<li>Popty Bakery<\/li>\n<li>South Caernarfon Creameries<\/li>\n<li>Welsh Brew Tea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>IMPORTANT!!<\/strong><\/span> To receive this service, you must have been referred through either <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anglesey.gov.uk\/en\/Residents\/Residents.aspx\">Anglesey Council<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwynedd.llyw.cymru\/en\/Residents\/Residents.aspx\">Gwynedd Council<\/a>.
