On December 3rd, our staff gathered at the Town Hall, Llangefni, to share experiences, receive updates, and look back on a special year – as well as looking forward to what’s to come in 2026.
With everyone in their different Christmas jumpers, mince pies and a cup of tea was available to create a festive mood!
During the afternoon, we had presentations from our senior team:
- Sioned Morgan Thomas, our Corporate Director, gave useful updates to staff, including a reminder of the fantastic benefits available to all members of staff here at Menter Môn.
- Dafydd Gruffydd, our Managing Director, led an interactive session reflecting on the highlights of 2025, giving staff the opportunity to share their experiences.
- Bethan Fraser Williams, Projects Director, led a question and answer session with Sasha Davies about new opportunities for the economy, energy and community portfolio due to recent developments in Wylfa.
To finish the day in a creative and fun way, we enjoyed a Christmas decoration workshop using reused and repurposed materials – thanks to our Cylchol team for inspiring everyone to create something unique and sustainable.
The afternoon was a great opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the year’s successes. We look forward to 2026 with enthusiasm and new ideas!
